Spring Raffle Donations
We are having a spring basket raffle this year and we need your help. Money raised will help the Ross Band Boosters support our middle school and high school bands. The Ross Band Boosters help pay for uniforms, equipment, busing and much more for our band programs. Please consider donating items for our Spring Raffle in order to provide some great baskets to be raffled! Each grade level has a different basket theme that needs donated items. Please sign up for items relating to your child(ren)'s baskets. There are contact people for each grade level as well if you have questions. These people will also be collecting the donated items for their perspective classes. Raffle tickets will be sent home with your students soon. The raffle winners will be announced at Bands in The Round on April 13 (winners need not be present). It’s Time to Make Some Fudge!!!
The fudge sale has begun! Your student should be receiving an order form but you can also find it here to print at home. The fudge sale helps offset costs of middle and high school band trips as well as busing for competitions. Students can also win prizes! This is one of our biggest fundraisers for the boosters. Please help support our band!
Get your Krispy Kreme Donuts Friday night at the end of the Ross Boys’ Basketball Game. They will be on sale outside the gymnasium at the end of the third quarter. They are $10/dozen. Help support the Ross Band of Class!

September 24 is Senior and Band night at the football game. This is when the 7th and 8th grade band students are invited to march pregame with the high school students. The senior band members are also honored at halftime on this night. Before the game we have a traditional "Tailgate Party" on the lawn outside the band room at the high school. We need a lot of donations to make this work and show the junior high students how much fun band can be! Please click below to sign up for donations--any and all are welcome! All items need to be at the high school no later than 4:30 on September 24. Anything nonperishable can be sent to the band room the week before. Hello Band Families! We will be selling Krispy Kreme Donuts at the football game next Friday. We will be selling the original glazed donuts for $10/dozen, after third quarter, outside the main gates. We will also be taking pre-orders for anyone who would want to get some orders ahead of time. Please use the attached form (click Krispy Kreme logo below) and return it with the money NO LATER THAN Thursday, September 9. Pick up will be Friday, September 10. You can pick them up after 5:30 and until the end of the football game at either the band room or outside the football field. You do not need to attend the game to pick up orders. Every home game we provide snacks for our band members and visiting teams during the 3rd quarter. We need parents to donate 1-3 dozen of the same snacks for 1-2 games based on grade level. Donations requests are rotated by class. Detailed snack requests are below to help make sure we get enough snacks and variety. This list may change as we get confirmation from visiting bands on numbers and planned attendance.
We have some kids with food allergies so please review the suggested snack types - NO SNACKS CONTAINING NUTS OR COCONUTS.
Snacks need to be in individual wrappers or snack baggies! Please don't drop off a tray of cookies.
Select the snacks you can bring and please add your student's name in comments.
Items can be sent in anytime the week before the game - any fruit, please bring in day of game.

Ross Band of Class Hospitality Team
The first Booster Meeting for the 2021-2022 school year will be August 30, 2021, in the Ross High School Band Room. The Band Boosters typically have meetings on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm. For our first meeting of the year we have decided to move it up a week. There’s a conflict on Tuesday the 31st so we will meet Monday, August 30, at 6:30 instead of September 7. Please become a Band Booster and please come to the meetings to find out how you can help the band.
