Makenzie’s favorite band memory is getting a 1 at State her senior year. Her favorite marching band show is Fusion.
Outside of Band, Makenzie performs in the Legacy Show Choir Combo. She is also on the Academic Team, she is Treasurer of NHS and she is Treasurer of the Engineering Club—all while working part time at Hallmark.
After graduation, Makenzie will be attending MIT for Engineering or Physics.

After graduation, Hallie will be going to Miami University with a major in biology and psychology or nursing.

Landon Daniel plays trumpet for the Ross Band of Class Marching Band and Concert Band.
Landon’s favorite band memory is NYC band trip, everything about it was great. Amazing people to spend the time with but also the attractions. His favorite marching band show is Red Skies.
Outside of Band, Landon enjoys hunting and fishing, he doesn’t mind the wait that some people tend to not enjoy as much because it's always nice getting to be outside in good weather. He also likes to hangout with friends and play some games.
After graduation, Landon plans to join the military, probably AirForce, and serve minimum contract maybe signing for longer. After service he plans on joining the police, or maybe even a federal agency.

Anna Tabar plays tenor saxophone in the Ross Band of Class Marching Band, Jazz Band and Concert Band.
Anna’s favorite band memory is from freshman year. We were riding on the buses home from an event that we performed at, and I was tossing a plastic water bottle between me and my friend Chyanne Westendorf. During one of the tosses, I threw it a little too hard and it sailed perfectly out the bus window, getting run over by the bus behind us. I was dying laughing and felt really embarrassed. This was in the practice lot, so I ran and grabbed the bottle afterwards and recycled it. My favorite sentimental memory is from my junior year. I was feeling down during pizza night at band camp because I felt alone and like I didn't fit in with my section or had any friends there for me, when the tenor freshman Brayden Coulter sat down next to me and said I was his best friend, and asked if he could join me and my friends for Uno. Even though he was probably being sarcastic and didn't mean anything by it, it still made me feel welcomed and he's been pretty cool ever since then.
Outside of band, Anna enjoys doing a variety of art, ranging from digital to paints and pastels. When bored, she also likes to play some low-stress video games with her friend.
After graduation, Anna plans to attend the Art Academy of Cincinnati for computer animation and/or illustration.

Natalie’s favorite band memory is going to the Haunted Cave after a band competition. Walking through the cave with her friends at 3 in the morning while being terrified the whole time was definitely a fun experience. It was also the place that her friends and she became closer and really bonded.
Outside of band, Natalie enjoys hanging out with friends, traveling, shopping, and community service (Vice President of the Hamilton Community Foundation's Youth Philanthropy Committee).
After graduation, Natalie plans to attend Miami University’s Farmer School of Business.

Logan’s favorite band memory is at a soccer game junior year, we were behind the goal that the players were practicing shots at and we were playing letter G. As we play there are soccer balls flying over our heads, and it was only inevitable that one would hit us. So we were playing through some random pep song and a ball comes rather low and slams Joey Leinberger's Trombone which crumpled the bell.
Outside of band, Logan enjoys tennis, video games, and Academic Team.
After graduation, Logan plans to go to attend Miami University majoring in biophysics.

Greg Vaughn plays trumpet for Ross Marching Band and Concert Band.
Greg’s favorite memory was during band camp sophomore year, while on a break, he, Cheyanne, Olivia, Kira, and Dylan were walking around the school. After walking up the stairs, they heard a janitor and ran back down. He decided to run backwards down the stairs, two at a time. He promptly fell all the way down. They all shared a good laugh about it.
Outside of band, Greg likes to play video games with his friends and go bowling.
After graduation, Greg plans to attend the US Air Force Academy in Colorado and join the Air Force after graduating. He plans to make a career in the Air Force as either a software or mechanical engineer.

Grace’s favorite band memory is from her freshman year at band camp. Her top bunk in girls cabin 1 was super squeaky and then all of the sudden, it broke!! And she was on it! She was okay, but she moved to a bunk in girls cabin 2!
Outside of band, Grace is an FCCLA State Officer, a member of academic team, and a member of JEE Foods (particularly the Maroon Mocha). She also enjoys playing volleyball with friends and family.
After graduation, Grace plans to attend undergraduate college and then move on to medical school in hopes of becoming a cardio-thoracic surgeon!

Olivia Armstrong played flute and piccolo in the Ross Concert, Marching and Pep Bands. She also played in numerous OMEA Solo and Ensemble Contests.
Olivia’s favorite memory is playing really long, intense, and super fun volleyball games at her senior year band camp with a bunch of friends. Her favorite marching band shows are Masterpiece and Bewitched.
Outside of band, Olivia has been Student Body President, National Honor Society President, and Volunteer Advisory Board President. She was also a part of Tri- M Music Honor Society and many musicals. She also volunteered to teach a Spanish Enrichment course to 6th graders at the middle school.
After graduation, Olivia will be attending college to major in biology on the pre-med track to become a pediatrician.

Ashleigh Jarvis plays clarinet in the Ross Marching and Concert Bands.
Ashleigh’s favorite band memory had to be when we got out first “1” rating for Nevermore. It was just one of the most satisfying and exciting events that happened my sophomore year.
Ashleigh’s favorite marching show was Nevermore.
After graduation, Ashleigh plans to go to college at Miami University in Oxford. She’s majoring in psychology while co-majoring in fashion.

Lydia Trout plays flute and piccolo in the Ross Marching, Concert and Pep Bands.
Lydia’s favorite band memory was being able to spend her freshman year with her sister who was a senior and getting to finish the show of Masterpiece by each other
Lydia’s favorite marching show was Masterpiece.
Outside of school, Lydia works at a stable.
After graduation Lydia plans to go into cosmetology at either Paul Mitchell or Aveda.

Malia Kelly

Malia Kelly plays flute in the Ross Marching Band.
Malia’s favorite band memory was when the band was walking down the tunnel at Ohio State her freshman year because of how nervous and excited she was. From then on, there were many memories made.
Malia’s favorite marching show was Nevermore.
Outside of school, Malia participates in National Honors Society, Student Council, and Bowling.
After graduation Malia plans to finish her bachelor's degree in two years, then attend law school. Her end goal is to be a lawyer and politician.

Hannah Erb

Hannah Erb was a drum major in the Ross Marching band the past two seasons. She previously played clarinet in the Ross Marching and Pep Bands and she continues to play clarinet in the Ross Concert Band.
Her favorite band memory was becoming a drum major Junior year. Her favorite Marching Band Show was Bewitched while she was drum major and Nevermore when she marched.
Outside of band Hannah enjoys participating in Academic Team and History Club as well as working at Old Navy.
After graduation Hannah plans to attend college and become a neurosurgeon.

Bailey is part of the Ross Percussion, playing vibraphone for the RHS Concert & Marching Bands.
Her favorite band memory was Going to Disney and almost dying to a washing machine. Her favorite Marching Band Show was Bewitched.
Outside of band, Bailey spends a lot of her time working.
After graduation, Bailey plans to become a pharmacy technician and then attend college after gaining some experience.

Lindsay Gottlieb

Lindsay is a Drum Major for the Marching Band and she plays the flute for the Concert Band.
Her favorite thing about band is learning everything from the upperclassmen when she was a freshmen and being able to pass that on as an upperclassmen.
Her favorite memory was going to Disney. She states it truly is the happiest place on earth and she loved spending every minute of it with friends and band families.
Outside of band, Lindsay is a member of the National Honor Society, VP of the Earth Club, Student Body Secretary, a member of the Mock Trial Team, member of the Spanish Club, and she works at Panera.
After graduation, she hopes to attend Northwester University in Evanston, Illinois to major in Communication Sciences & Disorders, and a minor in Spanish.
